True fitness is born from within.
When you think of fitness, you may think of lifting weights, swimming, running, etc. While these are ways of getting/staying fit, they are not everything. Fitness starts at your core, if you are working out but eating junky fast food, you will not be giving your body the nutrients that is needed for it to be truly fit. The same is true for your spiritual fitness. If you are not feeding your spirit with the word of God, then your body will never reach its full potential. That is why I encourage you to get your spirit, mind, and soul fit before moving to your outward fitness. I have created a “Four Four Fitness” list that contains the main parts of fitness. And remember, you can have fun while doing all of these.
